I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right next to downtown and all the fun spots. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. However, the air conditioning could definitely use some improvements, and I wish there were towels available without having to return the dirty ones first.

I had an amazing stay at The Grand Islander hotel. It's in a prime location, just a stone's throw from everything you want to explore. The staff was genuinely welcoming and attentive. However, the noise levels at times were not ideal, especially being close to the nightlife. Overall, it offered great value for a fun trip, but if you’re after peace and quiet, this may not be the right fit.

My experience at The Grand Islander Hotel was quite mixed. While I really enjoyed the fantastic location and the warm smiles from the staff, the state of the hotel left much to be desired. The amenities were lacking, which made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. I certainly appreciated being close to the hot spots, but the overall condition of the hotel dampened my experience.
